Terms and Conditions

Monthly Fees:  USD 350.00 per month per user

Setup Fee:  USD 150.00 one time fee for setup and application processing

Minimum Term:  one month/30 day minimum

Payment Terms:  Initial payment of USD 500.00 is due and payable in US dollars prior to the beginning of setup
